Practical commentary on the rules of the chamber of arbitration of Milan

This edition of thePractical Commentary on the Rules of the Chamber of Arbitration of Milanexplains article by article the new CAM Arbitration Rules that came into force on 1 March 2023, in light of the changes introduced by the Cartabia Reform.
The authors aimed to create a practical textbook that offers explanatory interpretations and useful suggestions for users regarding each provision of the Rules. What particularly distinguishes this work from other commentaries on the rules of other arbitral institutions is the series of short notes, in the form of “examples” and “tips”, accompanying almost every article commented on.
