AI Thinking

This is not a
book about AI.
And it is not a book about humans either.
It is a book about thought—the force we both use.
Thought is the force that builds worlds. It is the force through
which we create meaning, shape experience, and bring reality
itself into form. Yet it is also the force we were never truly
taught to understand and rarely taught to recognize as our
own.
We take it for granted. We give its power away every day.
As AI enters the conversation, humanity is being given a rare
opportunity: to reclaim that power and step into a new stage
of human evolution.
This book asks a deeper question: “What is thought itself?”
And “What becomes possible when we begin to understand
the force that has been shaping our lives all along?”
This is a book-conversation many of us have felt inside, even
if we have never heard anyone speak it out loud. It points to
something we sense but struggle to name. And as you read,
it may feel less like learning something new and more like
remembering something you have always known, but never
dared to ask.
Sarah Lahav has spent more than twenty years building in
technology, turning ideas into systems and systems into
reality. Over time, she came to see that the deepest story
was never the machine alone, nor the human alone, but the
invisible power beneath both. This book is her way of making
that visible.
